That realization led me to create SuperAcademy.
We’re waiting too long to build leaders.

SuperAcademy brings the same identity-based leadership work I use with executives — values, strengths, communication, and self-awareness — into earlier stages of life.
Because when young people understand who they are, they don’t spend years trying to become someone else.

This isn’t separate from my corporate work — it’s where it begins.
I’ve spent years helping leaders rebuild confidence they lost along the way.
SuperAcademy is about making sure the next generation never loses it in the first place.
